Richard W. Pifer, Sr. has been in the real estate, property management and remodeling/construction business for over 35 years. He has successfully purchased, developed, sold and leased hundreds of commercial and residential properties during this period. Currently, he holds his Virginia “Class A” contractor, plumbing and electrical licenses in addition to his real estate broker’s and mortgage lending licenses. Richie, Sr. holds a BS from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA. Over the course of his life in Winchester, he has served on the Winchester Economic Development Authority, Winchester City School Board and Chairman of the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Belle Grove Plantation. He and his wife reside in Winchester with their three sons, their wives along with three grandchildren.
Brandon W. Pifer is also a graduate of James Madison University with a degree in business administration. He has successfully purchased, renovated and sold residential properties in Harrisonburg and Winchester, VA, starting while enrolled at JMU. He is a licensed real estate agent in Virginia, holding his license with Pifer and Associates, L.L.C. Brandon is an alternate member of the City of Winchester Board of Zoning Appeals. He and his wife reside in the historic district of Winchester.
